At Niush Care, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & No Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• All original labels, seals, and accessories must be intact.

• A valid order ID or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been opened or used.

• The product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• The original packaging or seal is missing.

• The return request is made after 7 days from delivery.

• The product was purchased during a clearance or special sale marked as non-returnable.

3. No Refund Policy

Niush Care follows a strict No Refund Policy.

Once an order has been placed and delivered, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

If your return request is approved, you may receive:

• A replacement product (subject to stock availability), or

• Store credit equivalent to the value of the returned product, at the sole discretion of Niush Care.

Cash refunds, bank transfers, UPI refunds, or payment reversals will not be processed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A defective product

• An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your Order ID

• Photos/videos of the product

• Photos of the shipping package

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Niush Care will bear the return shipping cost.

• For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise communicated.
